How Agility Drives Better Outcomes
Portrait of a designer in her natural element: hiking up a steep hill with a heavy pack and mediocre coffee, only to find the tourist spot doesn’t open for another two hours — and it’s about to rain.
Feels a lot like growth-stage B2B SaaS: you plan carefully, give it your all, and then the market throws a curveball.
I saw the same thing happen with a client who’d built a whitepaper that was well designed, but it didn't convert. The content was strong, just buried under technical jargon and walls of text. The real story — saving their customers weeks of time and millions of dollars — was getting lost.
So we redesigned it together. Same info, new format.
We turned the technical whitepaper into an playful infographic inspired by The Game of Life, showing the longer, riskier competitor route versus our client’s faster one. It was fun, unexpected, and it made the message stick.
Sometimes you don’t reach the exact destination you planned, but if you stay agile, you’ll find something even better along the way.
